Now that Hallowe'en is over let's look at something quite unique:
Elderflower Fritters
Now, I never heard of such a thing before, that is before I found a blog called The Hermitage, which I strongly suggest you visit, it's a wonderful place to be. I have also reviewed it today on my Blogger's Cafe.
But back to Elderflower Fritters. Have a look at this....

A plate of crunchy Elderflower Fritters. I have no idea what they taste like. Elderberry trees are not common in Brazil, but the idea simply appeals to me. Check out the recipe for a step by step photographic way to make them.
